G.G. Consultancy
Services offers Programs for the Workplace.
Programs that educate
participants how to become their own personal private
investigators.
Today, more than ever, we all need to become
more observant of events that may occur around us, especially at work.
Workshops cover areas such as:
Developing
skills to remain calm in the face of adversity;
Utilising
powers of observation to create a safer environment for yourself and
others;
Solving problems
in the workplace to do with employee theft and timesaving tips;
Finding the
facts that inhibit workplace productivity;
Environmental
health issues in the workplace and home;
Choosing the
areas of work to suit your personality;
Discovering the
hidden forces that may control your destiny;
Balancing your
professional life to fit in with your personal life;
Taking action
to create a happier and safer workplace;
There are many more tips in this valuable workshop that can be held on your
premises over a one or two day period with an on-going mentoring program for
progressive companies that need to educate their staff on becoming more
observant and efficient.
Do we all need a wake-up call?
The State of the Nations 2001 report from the Centre for Independent Studies
said:
A massive escalation of violent crimes such as murder, manslaughter, rape,
serious assault and suicide since the early eighties;
Rates of assault were 40 times higher in 2005 than in 1974;
Over 45,000 violent robberies reported everyday around Australia;
30,000 missing
persons recorded each year;
35% of
employees believe their workplace is harming their health;
50%
of employees report
having one or more safety hazards, 57% of blue collar workers, 28% CEO's, and
44% of government workers believe their health is affected by their workplace;
Workplace
stress costs $1.2 billion a year, with stress related illness in the public
service and private enterprise doubling since 1990 and is growing at a rate of
20% a year.
Can we afford to ignore these figures? Is that enough to say, “what am I
doing to protect my community and workplace”.
Suzanne's years of experience in business
resulted in establishing a program to solve workplace problems, discover the
facts that create stress in the workplace, improve self esteem, encourage
higher productivity, resolve conflict, lower sick days and teach individuals
how to protect themselves in today’s society. The personal session covers areas
of empowerment and change, personal protection and taking action to make your
world a safer place.
With the changing events around the world in
the past 18 months, eg; Sept 11, Bali, War and SARS etc, it is imperative we
all learn how to become our own private investigator, and be constantly aware
of what is happening around us. In each workshop, many skills are taught that
were used in my days as an investigator, like being more community conscious,
keeping an eye on our teenagers, unlocking your own personal power, becoming an
‘all-round well- balanced’ person, creating a safer world in which to live and
improving workplace morale so you can be a valuable
employee/employer.
"Mystery Shoppers" are Keeping an Eye on the Community
Have you ever experienced the poor service in a restaurant? Ever received a
cold meal? Been on the end of a staff member’s bad attitude? Seen cockroaches
in a child’s play pen in a child-minding centre? Witnessed a staff member
cleaning a food cupboard filled with delicious cream pastries with a chemical
spray to clean the glass and spraying the cakes with the spray because she was
too lazy to remove the cakes first? Found something foreign in your food, but
didn’t complain, just didn’t go back to that store again?
Sherlock Consultancy Services staff and trainers believe that for any
business to be successful, it must maintain customer satisfaction. Every
business is in business to create a customer, not a casual purchaser of their
product or service. For example, if every potential purchaser of a hamburger
went to McDonalds only once in their lives, McDonalds would go broke. In fact
repeat business is the key to success and only 20% of businesses achieve it, or
to put it another way 80% have a very short life span. Mystery Shoppers can
ensure your business belongs to the former group.
Objectively measuring customer service is a way of measuring not only the 5
percent of unhappy customers who actually register a complaint, but also
keeping in touch with the more significant 95 percent who simply do not return
to that business.
A Sherlock Mystery Shopper is more than someone who likes shopping for
themselves. He or she is a professional, with skill, training and dedication to
the cause of "Creating a Customer who keeps coming back".
Mystery Shoppers must be able to:
1. Follow written instructions,
2. Be observant and have a good eye for detail,
3.Remember what is being said to them during an interview.
They must also be able to communicate clearly in writing, use good spelling
and grammar, write legibly and neatly and approach each assignment with an
unbiased open mind. Mystery Shoppers and Loss Prevention Officers are
trained to "shop" in areas such as banks, employment bureaus, adventure parks,
hospitality industry, motor dealers, retail outlets, child care centres,
motels/hotels. Etc. Any place that offers a service to the public requires the
professional services of a Mystery Shopper
It is a well known fact that 90% of customers won’t complain about bad
service, unclean and untidy premises, & poor presentation skills. A
"Mystery Shopper" highlights strengths and weaknesses of staff and premises in
the workplace, to be followed by suggested changes. This profession is very
much in demand overseas and has been operating on a smaller scale in Australia
for several years. The misconception many people have is that all you need to
do is go shopping, spot a few negative customer service skills, write a few
notes and that’s it.
In a country that is fast becoming one of the leaders of litigation, the
Mystery Shopper and Loss Prevention Officer needs to be highly trained by
experienced professionals. They act as a barometer measuring how well an
organization meets the needs of its consumers.
Mystery Shopping is a huge industry that is not only sweeping USA but is now
becoming very much in demand in Australia. To be good, you have to have the best
training and "Sherlock Consultancy Services Trainers" can help you. For a
